Chocolate Muffin
break 3 eggs in a bowl
start mixing
add sugar (180g)
150ml of milk
add melted butter (150g)
60g of bitter cocoa
add flour a little at time (300g)
add 16g of baking powder
80g of chocolate chips
take a muffin pan (12 pieces) with cups in
fill the cups 3/4 full using an ice cream scoop
baking: ventilated oven, 170° about 20/25 min; static oven, 180° about 20/25 min
